wordpress filter category from widget

1. Go to your WordPress admin dashboard and navigate to "Appearance" and then "Widgets".

2. Add the "Categories" widget to your desired widget area.

3. In the "Categories" widget settings, locate the "Exclude" field.

4. Enter the IDs of the categories you want to filter out, separated by commas, in the "Exclude" field.

5. Save the changes to update the widget settings.

That's it! The Categories widget will now filter out the specified categories from the widget display.
