excel auto adjust row heights

To auto-adjust row heights in Excel, you can follow these steps:

1. Select the row or rows that you want to adjust the height for.
2. Right-click on the selected row(s) and choose "Row Height" from the context menu.
3. In the Row Height dialog box, leave the value blank and click "OK". Excel will automatically adjust the row height to fit the contents of the cells in that row.
